PUNCH is a collaboration between Top Shelf Distillers and Union:Local613. As bartenders with a decade of creating hundreds of original cocktails, this is what we wanted to drink; a craft cocktail that actually tastes like a cocktail and not a diet drink.

PAYING IT FORWARD
Early last month we took a field trip to Rideau Farms to pick strawberries for our latest batch of Gnarly Strawberry Moonshine! Check out the video below.
We are also at the Steward Park Festival in Perth, making cocktails in the Crystal Palace. The Stewart Park Festival is a great celebration of community. It offers a fantastic weekend of music, great food and amazing vendors, right in the heart of downtown Perth Ontario. The Festival is a three day, by donation music festival, that showcases International and Canadian artists. We had so much fun and hope to see you out there next year!

As we grow as a business and community, we're doing our best to help Mother Nature along the way. We'll be making some major changes to the way our subscription programs are structured and delivered to reduce waste and increase sustainable practices by keeping the program more local and reducing steps in the supply chain.
