Ingredients: 2 oz. Tom Green Maple Bacon Moonshine ½ oz. Maple syrup 2 dashes Top Shelf Orange Bitters Ice Garnish: Orange zest Bacon rose (rolled up bacon with a skewer) Glassware: Rocks glass Directions: In a chilled mixing glass add all ingredients over ice. Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass over a king cube. Flame an orange zest over the glass and garnish with a bacon rose.

Stir for 20 seconds then strain into a chilled coupe glass. For garnish, express lemon zest, rub the base and side of the glass.

Oloroso Sherry (Williams & Humbert Walnut Brown) 3 dashes Top Shelf All Spice Bitters Ice Garnish: Lemon zest Glassware: Martini / Nick and Nora / Coupe Directions: In a chilled mixing glass add all ingredients (except lemon zest) over ice. Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.
