Puffed Cream Soda
Cream soda was a childhood favourite for most when we were growing up. Depending on where that was, it could have been either clear or a bright pink colour.
The bright pink was definitely the most appealing as a youngin', and we wanted to bring back a taste of childhood in the form of adult enjoyment. This cocktail, with the help of Top Shelf’s Cream Puff Liquor, embodies all the classic flavours of the cream soda we know and love with all of the adult enjoyment of a spiked beverage.
Easy to make, easy to share, easy to drink. Remember what our parents always told us, sharing is caring.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Cream Puff Liquor
- ¾ oz Grenadine
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 3 Dashes Top Shelf Cherry Blossom Bitters
- Soda Water
GARNISH
Maraschino Cherry
GLASSWARE
Collins Glass
DIRECTIONS
In a Collins Glass filled with ice, add the grenadine, lemon juice, and Cream Puff Liquor. Gently stir to blend the ingredients. Top with soda water and gently stir once more to blend ingredients. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
