This cocktail is the perfect one and done for a hot summer afternoon of lounging in the sun, poolside with not a care in the world. Crack open your favourite book, catch some rays and sip your stress away. 

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ oz Reunion Apple Pie Moonshine
• ½ oz Top Shelf Vodka
• ½ oz Top Shelf Gin
• ½ oz Grand Marnier
• 3 Dashes Top Shelf Orange Bitters
• ¾ oz Lemon Juice
• Soda Water

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients except the soda water into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
