Delivery and Pickup:
When you place an order from the Top Shelf Distillers online store you will be able to choose from different “shipping methods” at checkout. These include Local Delivery, Shipping, and Free Pickup
Local Delivery orders take 12-24 hours to process unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.
Shipping orders take 12-24 hours to process unless otherwise stated.
Pick Up orders take 2-24 hours to be ready for pick up unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.
Your order may be delayed if you have a pre-order product in your order (stipulated on the product page). If there is a delay with your order for another reason, we will reach out to the email provided at checkout.
Any orders placed on a holiday or weekend will be processed the next business day. In the unlikely situation we cannot deliver in time, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery.

It’s effective, it doesn’t dry my hands and it’s relatively local where we can pick it up, or choose to have it shipped for a few dollars. It’s the first hand sanitizer that we purchased at the beginning of the pandemic, and now will always continue to do so. Plus there’s no unpleasant smell as so many stores have and carry.

CanadaI really believe your product works wonderfully well for its intended purpose. However the texture being mostly watery is still a little bit of an annoyance especially when trying to use in a vehicle. It tends to drip and hard to apply without a mess. Can you not add a additive ?
