Storefront Experience Specialist - Part Time - Perth, ON

Reports to: Storefront Manager

The Storefront Team:

The Storefront Team ensure our clients leave with a lasting and memorable experience. Every time. The Storefront Team spearheads new company initiatives for our staff and clients, celebrating our products and our company values.


  • Experience in retail a positive
  • Technical knowledge, specifically with Point-of-sale software and devices like iPads
  • Smart Serve required. If you do not have it, we can help you get it.
  • WHMIS. If you do not have it, we can help you get it.
  • Full-time or Part-time availability. Weekend and evening availability.

Role Expectations:

Be a reliable part of the Storefront Team:

  • High level of engagement with all clients
  • Actively look for feedback and ways Top Shelf Distillers can improve
  • Being knowledgeable about the Top Shelf Distillers portfolio
  • Expanding and elevating our “Tasting Corner” & “Cocktail Shop” experience to the clients.
  • Help develop events at distillery level and the distillery grounds.
  • Help execute pop-up events and other initiatives
  • Daily review of the sales at storefront level
  • Create new innovative ways to find the right products for every client
  • Use Net Promotor Score to measure team performance and improve the storefront experience
  • Fulfilment of daily pick-up order needs for our online sales channel platform through Shopify.
  • Weekly team meetings to continually improve

  • Walking and standing on cement, standing, crouching and bending
