Upper Narrows Retreat was established in 2018 with the purpose of being an eco-retreat and oasis from the city for corporate and private clients.
The property is home to 19 acres with a plethora of Maple Trees. Boomer & Sons, a family-run operation has joined forces with the retreat to enhance the maple syrup harvest. In 2 years the small operation of tapping 100 trees has now surpassed 800 trees and counting using a gravity collection method. The end result is a rich, thick amber syrup ready to enhance any meal or beverage experience! @UpperNarrowsRetreat

When you place an order from the Top Shelf Distillers online store you will be able to choose from different “shipping methods” at checkout. These include Local Delivery, Shipping, and Free Pickup
Local Delivery is for shipping addresses in Ottawa and area. You can enter the first three characters of your postal code at checkout to determine eligibility.
Shipping orders take 12-24 hours to process. When your order is on its way you will receive tracking information by email.
Pick Up orders take 30 minutes to be ready for pick up unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.

CanadaIt's like tasting Maple Syrup for the first time all over again. My wife and I recently went for the tour at the distillery (Highly Recommend By The Way), and tried pretty much every product they had. The Maple Syrup was there to try as well. Honestly everything tastes great at Top Shelf, especially the Butter Tart Moonshine, but it was the Barrel Aged Syrup that floored me. If it was up to me I would never eat any other maple syrup except this one for the rest of time. It's that good!
