Since 2014 Top Shelf Distillers has worked tirelessly to produce small crafted artisanal spirits. In 2015 we started our journey to revive a 100 year drought of Perth Ontario barrelled and bottled Canadian Whisky.
Lanark Highlands Rideau Whisky made in virgin white oak char 3 Kelvin Cooperage and Canton Cooperage barrels. Stored and managed on site at the distillery in Perth until aging complete at 3 years.

Local Delivery orders take 12-24 hours to process unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.
Shipping orders take 12-24 hours to process unless otherwise stated.
Pick Up orders take 2-24 hours to be ready for pick up unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.
Your order may be delayed if you have a pre-order product in your order (stipulated on the product page). If there is a delay with your order for another reason, we will reach out to the email provided at checkout.

Who can participate in the Single Barrel Selection Program?
Federal Regulations allow us to sell direct to customer (or groups) as well as businesses. Only those with liquor licenses have the opportunity to resale their products.
What is included?
Contents of a single barrel, also known as Single Cask Whisky, bottled and labelled by us.
Is a deposit required to purchase a barrel?
Yes, all our purchases require a deposit, our Brand Ambassador will work on assisting you through the process.
How many bottles come in a barrel?
Typically cask strength whisky lies above 65% ABV. We proof this down to a more palatable 40% ABV by incorporating spring water straight from the Lanark Highlands. These choices are left to the purchaser to customize to their preference or needs.
How much does it cost?
Final numbers are decided at the Sampling Tour, however they range from $19,000 to over $25,000 depending on the barrel and distillate chosen.
