à la Mule
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Reunion Apple Pie Moonshine
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer
- 5 Dashes Top Shelf Aromatic Bitters
- Sprig of fresh Rosemary (Garnish)
- Apple Wheel (Garnish)
Directions:
• In a mule mug, add Reunion Apple Pie Moonshine, lime juice and 3 dashes of Top Shelf Aromatic Bitters. Stir and add ice to mule mug. Top with Ginger Beer.
• Garnish - Add apple to rim of mule mug. Douse fresh rosemary with 2 dashes Top Shelf Aromatic Bitters and singe with culinary torch or lighter. Place rosemary in mule mug.

Man that is a fantastic mule! Bought some mule mugs on amazon and off you go. If you have had them at a bar, this one come pretty darn close and is very flavorful! Try adding more bitters and another oz of shine for good measure. Cheers! 🍻
