Not your everyday gin, Reserve Blackberry Barrel Aged Gin is the result of unique barrel-aged experimentation using a blackberry wine cask and aging our bespoke gin for 12 months. The result is an exquisite, naturally flavoured single barrel spirit with delicately floral and juicy aromas. This one-of-a-kind gin will please even the most discerning imbiber. 

Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks with a twist of lemon.

INGREDIENTS
GARNISH
Fresh Blueberries
Orange Twist
 
INSTRUCTIONS 
Add all ingredients except the tonic to a shaker. Shake gin, liquor and bitters over ice. Strain into a collins glass with fresh ice cubes, top with tonic water and use fresh berries or an orange twist for garnish.
 

Blackberry Martinez

  
 
INGREDIENTS
½ oz Sweet Vermouth
¼ oz Liquid from Maraschino Cherries
 
GARNISH
Orange Twist
 
INSTRUCTIONS 
Add everything except the garnish to a shaker and shake vigorously over ice. Pour into a martini glass. finish with a fresh orange twist.
   

Gin Spiced Apple Martini

 
 
INGREDIENTS
 
GARNISH
Caramel Square
 
INSTRUCTIONS 
Mix everything in a shaker, and shake vigorously. Pour into a well chilled martini glass and garnish with a caramel square.
 

Blackberry Negroni

    
INGREDIENTS
1oz Vermouth
1oz Campari
 
INSTRUCTIONS 
Shake everything together, pour over fresh ice in a collins glass.
