You will need:
4 medium bananas or 1 3/4 cup mashed (400 - 420g)
2 eggs
4 tbsp neutral oil (our favourite is sunflower or avocado)
1 tsp vanilla
Ingredients :
Organic flour, sugar, dairy free chocolate chips, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg.
Makes 2 loaves. Loaf liners are included.
