Lanark Highlands Rideau Whisky - 750ML

Our Lanark Highlands Whisky collections are named after wonderful trail systems in Lanark County. Just like the adventure of a nature trail, our whiskies have some complexity, smoothness and a lasting impression.

We are true to this "county forward" process and we are proud to have the taste of Lanark in every glass.

Reserve Barrel Aged Gin - 750ML

First in its class from our new Top Shelf Reserve line, this elevated gin expression blends the best of two worlds: exquisite gin and a rigorous barrel aging process. This unique limited release is sure to please gin and whisky lovers alike.

You can also anticipate hints of vanilla and charred oak delivered through our richly textured aged gin from Perth, Ontario. Refine your evenings with this unique serve, best enjoyed on the rocks or in a classic such as a Martinez, Old Fashioned, or Negroni.

They loved their gift❣️

We sent this as a Christmas gift to our friends in Newfoundland. They love it and were really excited about the butter tarts that came with it! We love it when we can ship gifts from our local businesses to our family/friends in other provinces. We also sent them the bitters bundle which they can’t wait to try. We’ll have to bring them to the distillery on their visit in November!

The Reserve Blackberry Barrel Aged Gin was aged in a white oak cask that previously matured a blackberry wine. This allowed the gin to take on delicious berry flavour with more subtle notes from the white oak cask. The original Barrel Aged Gin was aged in a virgin white oak cask which leads to a richer oak profile with more caramel notes and colour.

The Reserve Blackberry Barrel Aged Gin was matured for one year.

No, this is a revival of old practices. In the late 18th century and early 19th century, barrels were used to transport gin as a cost effective and safe way to travel. Barrel aged gin has been making a comeback over the past decade.
