About Us

Top Shelf Distillers is an award-winning craft distillery based in Perth, ON, producing premium spirits with local ingredients with a sustainable edge. We are growing our community / customer presence and becoming a key player in destination tourism. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Content Coordinator to help tell our story across social media, email, e-commerce, and experiential campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Tell the story of Top Shelf Distillers
  • Manage and own the social media content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
  • Schedule posts aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, distillery events, and tourism milestones
  • Write compelling product descriptions and create Shopify landing pages for new spirits and merchandise
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance across email, social media, and paid ads
  • Coordinate co-marketing efforts with tourism boards, hospitality partners, and local events
  • Suggest and promote travel-friendly experiences and packages to increase traffic to the region
  • Refresh paid media creative assets based on performance data and recommend improvements
  • Manage the marketing calendar for evergreen and seasonal campaigns
  • Test new marketing channels including experiential activations, print ads, mailers, and pop-ups
  • Coordinate promotional activations, in-stream features, and direct-to-audience campaigns


Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, social media, or content management
  • Strong with project management and team coordination
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Salesforce.com, Square, or similar platforms
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and provide constructive feedback
  • Interest in craft beverage, small business storytelling, and rural tourism is a plus
