Shipping is fast and free for ALL orders. Shipping orders are delivered quickly by our courier partners. Shipping via Canada Post is also available as a paid option.
Live close by? Top Shelf Distillers offers Free Pickup from 11am to 6pm at the distillery, 7 days a week!
Ottawa and area Free Local Delivery is available every Friday between 2pm - 6pm. You can see if your address is eligible for by selecting local delivery at checkout and entering the first 3 characters of your postal code (see photo below). When your order is out for delivery you will receive notifications by text message and email with an accurate estimated delivery time. Need your order delivered on a special day and time? Let us know by email at contact@topshelfdistillers.com and we will make it happen.

Our team recently added a new facility to double our shipping speed and to quickly get more orders across Canada. It's our mission to make sure your order arrives quickly.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
• Ontario-bound shipping orders can expect next-day delivery if they live in or near a major city, like Toronto, London, Kingston, Belleville, Guelph, Windsor...
• For all other Canadian addresses expect 2-4 days for delivery of your order.
How Can I Track My Order?
When your order is being prepared we will send you a shipping confirmation email. When your order has been picked up by the carrier you will receive tracking information in a separate email.
I Didn't Receive Tracking Information By E-mail?
Check your spam, all mail or junk folder for an email from "ICS Customer Service". If you cannot locate the email with your tracking information please email contact@topshelfdistillers.com or click the chat bubble on our website and we will provide your order's tracking information.
I Subscribed To The Taster's Club, When Will I Get The First Box and How Does It Work?
Great choice! You are going to receive an assortment of exclusive and fan-favourite products delivered to your door every month. Your Taster's Club boxes will ship between the 15th - 30th of each month. Billing will take place monthly on the date you made your purchase. If you order on January 10th. The next automatic billing will take place on February 10th. If you want to change your billing date, please let us know and we can do that for you.
If you order a Taster's Club Box subscription and you have other items in your order, we will ship the other items to you first if it's more than a few days until your first Taster's Club box is ready to ship.

Can You Ship To My PO Box?
Yes! please select Canada Post shipping as your shipping method. If you are able to receive parcels at your civic address, you can use your civic address for your shipping address and check out with free shipping.
If your shipping address has RR, Service Road, or Township Road our Free Shipping carrier partners can deliver to these addresses - it may take a couple extra days. You can select Canada Post for a faster shipping time.
Does My Order Come With Free Butter Tarts?
Yes! All orders receive a complimentary 2-pack of the best butter tarts in Canada.
I Don't See The Promotional Items That Should Be In My Order?
If you don't see promotional items that should be in your order at checkout or in your order confirmation email, our team will add them automatically to your order after you checkout.
