About this experience

Nestled in the beautiful, rustic country setting of Perth, our distillery campus offers the perfect backdrop for a relaxed and engaging day out. 

Our 1.5 hour tour experience is lead by one of our distillers who will offer you insight into our facility and guide you through the art and science behind our craft distilling process while learning more about the rich local heritage that influences our spirits.

You will enjoy a curated cocktail of the month to wet your whistles and enjoy while touring the facility and finish up in our SENSORY room which is designed to develop and engage your senses while you sample a tasting flight of our Rideau, Maple and Sherry Cask whiskies, all paired with local cheese and house made crackers to elevate and accentuate the many flavours that whisky can play on our palates. And who knows, maybe our distillers will send some samples to taste of our small batch specialities as well!
