When you place an order from the Top Shelf Distillers online store you will be able to choose from different “shipping methods” at checkout. These include Local Delivery, Shipping, and Free Pickup

Local Delivery is for shipping addresses in Ottawa and area. You can enter the first three characters of your postal code at checkout to determine eligibility.

Shipping orders take 12-24 hours to process. When your order is on its way you will receive tracking information by email.

Pick Up orders take 30 minutes to be ready for pick up unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.

If there is a delay with your order, we will contact the email provided at checkout.

Any orders placed on a holiday or weekend will be processed the next business day.
