When you place an order from the Top Shelf Distillers online store you will be able to choose from different “shipping methods” at checkout. These include Local Delivery, Shipping, and Free Pickup
Local Delivery is for shipping addresses in Ottawa and area. You can enter the first three characters of your postal code at checkout to determine eligibility.
Shipping orders take 12-24 hours to process. When your order is on its way you will receive tracking information by email.
Pick Up orders take 30 minutes to be ready for pick up unless otherwise stated on specific product listings.

We cannot state that Top Shelf Vodka is certified gluten free as we craft some spirits (namely whisky) at the distillery that are made with grain / ingredients that contain gluten. Top Shelf Vodka is made from corn and corn does not contain gluten.
