Our award-winning, bourbon-style whisky that we have been crafting barrel by barrel since 2016. But the story goes deeper than that... Our town was once home to Canada's whisky pioneers (on both sides of the law). After a centuries long whisky drought, we have picked up where they left off.

Made with locally grown and milled corn, barley and rye, we then age Rideau Whisky in a world-class Kelvin Cooperage barrel until it's ready to be bottled.

Rideau Whisky Sherry Cask Finish (375 mL) ABV: 40%

We love a finishing-cask! Rideau Whisky Sherry Cask Finish went from one-off to mainstay because it's just that good. We take the best bourbon-style Rideau Whisky barrels and get that whisky doing double-duty with some time in an Oloroso Sherry Cask.

The finished product is exceptionally smooth with all the bourbon flavour you love backdropped against delicate notes of blasamic, dried fruits, toasted hints, and an almost tobacco-esque aroma that could only come from ageing in a cask that has aged some of the world's best Oloroso Sherry casks.

Rideau Honey Ginger Whisky (375 mL) ABV: 30%

Using local honey from Iron Horse Honey, Rideau Whisky Honey Ginger is exactly what you are looking for over the holidays!
