Includes fluffy locally made "Ruby Pancake Mix" from our friend at Kasia's Cupcakes. Pair it with some delicious Amber Maple Syrup from Upper Narrows Retreat.
Each bag of Breakfast in Bed" Ruby Pancake mix makes about 10 to 12 pancakes (ingredients below).
🥞KASIA’S Cupcakes “Breakfast In Bed” RUBY Pancake Mix
Ingredients: organic flour, Callebaut ruby chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, non-fat dry milk, whole milk powder, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin, citric acid, natural vanilla flavour), sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg.
ADD IN:
- 1 ¾ cup milk (room temperature)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil or melted butter (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine pancake mix with egg, milk and butter or oil. Stir in a mixing bowl until just combined (do not over mix). Spoon mixture onto a buttered pan on medium heat. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Makes about 10 to 12 pancakes (size 3 ½ “)
