Ingredients:

• 2 oz Top Shelf Gin
• 1 ½ oz grapefruit juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• 3 dashes Top Shelf Cardamom Bitters
• Himalayan sea salt
• Sparkling water

Garnish:

• Himalayan sea salt
• Grapefruit wheel

Glassware:

Directions:

Decorate side of the glass with Himalayan sea salt (outside only), set aside. Combine all ingredients excluding the sparkling water in a shaker tin filled with ice, shake for 15 seconds then strain over ice into the glass. Garnish with a half-submerged grapefruit wheel and top with sparkling water.
