Our Oak Cask Aging Kit is the ultimate treat for any spirit lover. This hand-made American Oak Cask is the perfect addition to your home bar set up or a fun DIY project to take on. The barrel cask can be refilled and reused multiple times, with all types of spirits. Try aging our moonshine, gin or vodka. Add your own flavours and character to it and taste using your new snifter glasses as it ages. Your cask will have it's own unique flavour journey to cherish and share.
The aging process is significantly accelerated, so you end up with a nicely aged spirit within 4-5 weeks, which you can taste as you go. When it's to your liking, simply decant into a bottle and give it a name.
