We know what works so try out one of these recipes

We don’t like being told what to do and neither do you. However, we also know what works, so try out one of these recipes and then do whatever you please. For those who join us on a tour of our distillery, we will be offering a rotation of featured beverages.

  • Drink Mixture

    (Stompin’) Tom Collins

Show everyone you know what you’re talking about when you order a drink. Gin, lemon and soda make a simple cocktail that still packs a punch and you look classy drinking it. Stir it up, or shake it together, just make sure you don’t forget the most important part: our gin!

    • Ice
    • 1 1⁄2 ounces Top Shelf Distillers gin
    • 1 ounce lemon juice
    • 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup / 1 tsp powdered sugar
    • Top with club soda
    • Garnish with Maraschino cherry and lemon wheel
  • Drink Mixture

    (Mad in) Manhattan

It’s the city that never sleeps, but you might after a few of these! Our rye whisky lends a spiciness that is completely Canadian, and the dropped cherry is the right balance of sweetness. Drink it and see what all the fuss is about in the Big Apple.

    • 2 ounces of rye whisky
    • 1⁄2 ounce sweet vermouth
    • 2-3 dashes bitters
    • Garnish with Maraschino cherry
  • Drink Mixture

    (Who You Callin’) Old-Fashioned

You talkin’ to us? You’ll have to speak up because we’re drinking old-fashioneds. This classic drink is complex, nuanced, and damn sexy, just like the person drinking it. Rye whisky and bitters get a dose of sweet thanks to a sugar cube, but that’s what makes these drinks so dangerous.

    • Ice
    • 1 sugar cube
    • 2-3 dashes bitters
    • 3 ounces of rye whisky
    • Garnish with Maraschino cherry
  • Drink Mixture

    (Down and) Dirty Martini

Why not slip out of the cold and into a dirty martini? Our gin gets classic with some dry vermouth, but a splash or two of olive juice makes it just a little naughty. We bet this was the martini 007 was asking for all along.

    • 2 1⁄2 ounces Top Shelf Distillers gin
    • 1⁄2 ounce dry vermouth
    • 1⁄2 ounce olive juice, to taste
    • 1-3 olives
  • Drink Mixture

    (Kickin’) Moscow Mule

Ass-kicking is something this drink does on the regular, but we think you can be the one to show it who’s boss. Ginger beer and vodka make a tart and tasty combination, and serve it in a classic copper mug if you want to make it textbook.

    • Ice
    • 2 ounces Top Shelf Distillers vodka
    • 1 ounce lime juice
    • Top with ginger beer
    • Garnish with lime wedge
  • Drink Mixture

    (You Damn) Salty Dog

Sometimes they’re made with gin, but we like our Dogs with vodka. Grapefruit juice gives this puppy legs and a salted rim makes him howl. Called a Greyhound when you nix the salt, this drink will have you off to the races.

    • 1 1⁄2 ounces Top Shelf Distillers vodka
    • Top with grapefruit juice
    • Garnish with a salt rim
